Bryn Davies

Bryn was born and bred in West Penwith and started playing the double bass when he was sixteen. He completed his masters degree at the Royal Northern College of Music, and his undergraduate degree at Royal Birmingham Conservatoire. During the 2023/24 academic year, Bryn was Junior Fellow in Double Bass at the RNCM while he continued his freelance career with the BBC Philharmonic and Hallé orchestras. From September 2024, he studies in Donostia - San Sebastián (Basque country) with Pierre-Emmanuel De Maistre (Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra).
