Nivanthi Karunaratne

Nivanthi Karunaratne is a modern and historical hornist based in London. She has recently appeared with the Chineke! Orchestra, the Orchestra of the Age of Enlightenment, the Royal Opera House, English Touring Opera, Orpheus Sinfonia, and in two music videos: Davido’s “FEEL” and Alicia Keys’ “If I Ain’t Got You.” Nivanthi recently
joined St. Paul’s Sinfonia and Chineke! Orchestra for solo appearances and has also performed with the Academy of Ancient Music, Prince Regent’s Band, La Petite Bande, and Teatro Nuovo. As a Sabi Ensemble member, Nivanthi looks forward to appearing on her first album, launching October 2025.
